How to Place an order

Order Placement is kept easy so that anyone even without computer knowledge can place order with us. No registration or account creation is required for placing an order. Your account will be opened automatically when you place your first order.

4 Easy Steps to order an uniform with us.

For Ordering Uniform
  • Select Boy uniform for Boys Uniform or Girl Uniform for Girls uniform from the Menu
  • Select State First in which your school is located
  • Then Select in which City your school is located
  • Then Select your School with Branch and click on Select Uniform It will direct you to uniform page.
Select you want to buy Summer Uniform or Winter Uniform .

Browse your School Uniform and Add to Cart for purchasing.

Size Help you can take size help by clicking Size Guide provided with every Item.

What If my School is not Listed : No need to worry you can still write to us and send your requirement we will revert back in short time and let you know what we can do for you.

Add Uniform to Shopping Cart : If you want to purchase any uniform, click on Add to cart to add to your shopping cart. You can review your shopping list by clicking on Shopping Cart Image on the top right corner.

Shipping & Billing Address : Enter your Billing and Shipping address and select your payment options. Enter Any Discount Coupon Code / Buy Back Coupon Code with you in appropriate box. Order Estimate will be automatically calculated . For first time buyers it will ask your details Name, Email, Valid Phone Number,etc. else if you are already our customer sign in .

Payment Options : You can opt to pay with our secure payment gateways or choose to pay Cash on Delivery (COD).

Confirm Your Order : Once you make the payment thru payment gateway or choose to pay COD you will receive Confirmation Code on your mobile phone. To confirm the order you will re-directed to our Order Confirmation Page where you need to enter Confirmation Code as mentioned on your mobile phone. Once that correct code is entered order is confirmed else order will be cancelled.

DISCOUNT / PROMOTION COUPONS

If you own discount / promotion coupon issued by allschooluniform.com you have to mention in Discount Voucher Code at the time of ordering the uniform. No physical discount coupon will be entertained once the invoice is raised.

You cannot club multiple discount schemes. Only one Discount/Promotion Coupon can be used at a time.

Buy Back Scheme

It’s a unique effort to help poor children and simultaneously rewarding you and getting away with your ward’s old uniform. If you have purchased any school uniform from us then you can help underprivileged children by returning it once your child outgrown from it and we will issue Reward Coupon to you which you redeem at the time of shopping from our site.

Coupons
  • Promo/Discount/Reward Coupons are redeemable only on Allschooluniform.com. At times, coupons are valid for a specific period; please check your coupon to verify the duration. A unique Coupon Code is printed on each coupon.
  • In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item\'s value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges. Certain items may not be eligible for discount. This includes new items which, by law, cannot be sold at a discount in certain places.
  • Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order. Generally, only one coupon code may be used per order.
  • Coupons are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted. A coupon cannot be applied to orders already placed with Allschooluniform.com hence ensure to apply the coupon before you checkout.
  • If a coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid.
  • If a coupon is used and only part of your order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, a partial coupon discount will be applied to the remaining item(s) that are processed through Allschooluniform.com only if the Coupon requirements are met.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering the coupon usage with multiple e-mail addresses and/or multiple payment methods to set up accounts in an attempt to qualify for the coupon or promotion.
  • We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Coupon/Promotion rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of the Coupon. Typographic, Photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction
  • Coupon can be applied only on the product\' s price i.e. the total value less the shipping cost.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Please note we accept requests for Cancellation / Return of product within 10 days of delivery of the product.

What Should I do to CANCEL my Order ?

You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. You can write to us at help@allschooluniform.com else call us or you cancel your order from My Orders before shipment.

We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated by email /sms once cancellation is complete.

How do I will get the refund ?

If you cancel before your order has been shipped you will get your money back within 3-7 working days. If you cancel after your order has been delivered, you will get your money back 3-7 days after we receive back the cancelled products in our warehouse. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be credited in your account with All School Uniform which you can use to purchase any other product from All School Uniform.

How if I want to exchange the product?

If it before shipment

  • Then go to my orders and Cancel the previous order. Then select the new product and fill up details. Cancelled ordered payment will be reflected in your account. You can use this amount to make the payment of new order.
  • After Shipment
  • Cancel the previous order. Create a fresh order for new product. After shipment payment will be reflected in your account once we received the goods in our warehouse.
  • Do I have to return any free product offered original product ?
  • Yes you have to return the freebies in original condition with tag.
  • What If I want to keep freebies only ?
  • Then you will get the refund after deducting the price of freebie as mention in the tag/site .
  • What if freebie tag is tampered/damaged ?
  • Then you have to keep that freebie and you will get the refund after deducting the price of freebie as mention in the tag/site .
  • Returns
  • Can I return the product purchased.?

You can return the product if you received a faulty/defective product / physically damaged product that have not been worn/washed/soiled with their original tags will be accepted.

Will there be any charges for returning product ?

If the product is being returned due to company fault then no amount will be deducted else minimum Rs. 50 will be deducted from invoice amount towards delivery charges. If the delivery type is other than regular then amount will be deducted as per Delivery Schedule and Charges.

How to Return the product.

You can write to us at help@allschooluniform.com else call us on +91-11-491-888-00 and ask to arrange for pick up of products to be returned

We may take 1-2 business days to pick up your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated by email /sms once returned goods reaches our warehouse.

Can I partially return the goods.

Yes you can partially returned the goods that have not been worn/washed/soiled with their original tags. If then the order value becomes less than Rs. 500 then delivery charges will be deducted from the invoice value.

How do I will get the refund in case of return ?

You will get your money back 3-7 days after we receive back the returned products in our warehouse. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be credited in your account with All School Uniform which you can use to purchase any other product from All School Uniform.

How do I will get the refund in case of COD?

In case of COD payments are refunded thru NEFT. You have to provide us Bank Name / Branch Name / IFSC Code. Payment will refunded in 3-5 days after we receive back the goods in our warehouse.
