2. Products & Pricing

• •All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color due to screen settings.
• •Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• •We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price.
• •Product availability is subject to stock. In case an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

3. Orders & Payment

• •All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• •We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• •Payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
• •Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• •Delivery within Delhi NCR: 24-48 hours
• •Delivery to other states: 3-4 business days
• •Delivery times may be extended during rush seasons (school admission periods).
• •Free delivery on orders above ₹599. Standard shipping charges (₹100) apply for orders below ₹599.

5. Returns & Refunds

• •7-day return window - No questions asked return policy.
• •Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• •Customized items with name embroidery are non-returnable.
• •Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
• •Do not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACTIVE MINDZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
